Actipierre Europe, property investment, capital not guaranteed, targeted invesment term of 7 years.
Buying Actipierre Europe shares is an investment whose profitability depends on: - the dividends that will be paid out to you, it being specified that the SCPI is designed to distribute virtually all of the operating profit. This is dependent on the property rental situation and can change in a random manner in accordance with the economic context and property market (occupancy rate, level of rent). - the amount of the capital you will receive at the time of the sale or withdrawal of your shares or the window-up of the SCPI. The amount will depend on developments in the commercial property market over the course of the investment as well as the level of demand. The attention of the investors is drawn to the fact that SCPI Actipierre Europe is a SCPI having recourse to borrowing (up to a maximum of 20%). Consequently, the amount of capital which shall be received when the company is wound-up or when the shares are sold on shall be dependent on the prior repayment of the Commercial property fund loans taken by the SCPI. Thus upon the expiry of the company, in the event of a fall in the value of the buildings during the life of the SCPI, the amount of the capital which you will receive shall be affected.
