Riverview Apartments is a seven-story apartment development that will be built along a riverside promenade in Wroclaw’s Stare Miasto. The developer is Pathway Plaza, a company founded by a group of Irish developers. Designed by Irish architects Douglas Wallace in collaboration with Wroc³aw's Maæków Pracownia Projektowa, the development will house 134 luxury apartments ranging from 35 sq m to 152 sq m and will have everything from studio apartments to duplex penthouses.
